Tonya Ann (Lowe) deClaire was born to John Lowe and Joan Blair on February 10, 1973 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at Broward General Hospital.

 

Tonya met Marc Henri deClaire in June of 1993 and got married on July 23, 1994 in Saint Gregory's Catholic Church in Plantation, Florida.  

 

Tonya and Marc lived in Boynton Beach, Plantation, Margate, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and Port St. Lucie, Florida before relocating to Cookeville, Tennessee.

 

Tonya and Marc tried to have children for several years and on mother's day of 2008 in Cookeville Tennessee, Zachary Marc deClaire was conceived.  Zachary was born on Tonya's birthday as well.

 

On June 1, 2015 Tonya gave birth to Zander Henri deClaire. In late 2016 Tonya became a full time stay at home mom dedicating her time to Zachary and Zander.
